Dorset Peak is led by bulge bracket industry veterans with global investment banking experience ranging from structured solutions, bespoke financings and M&A advisory.
Jack is the Chief Executive Officer of Dorset Peak and a registered representative at Dorset Peak Securities LLC. He has executed more than $100 billion of financings and more than $50 billion in M&A advisory on a global basis over his 25+ years in the industry.
Prior to Dorset Peak, Jack began his career at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers, before spending almost 10 years at UBS Securities and almost 11 years at Nomura Securities. He was one of the first members of a newly created U.S. investment banking business at UBS and relocated to Hong Kong to lead UBS’ Asia Pacific Financial Institutions effort, which, during his tenure, consistently ranked as a market leader in investment banking services. Additionally, Jack created and built a U.S. Financial Institutions investment banking business at Nomura Securities in New York. growing the team from two professionals to over two dozen and was consistently among the most productive investment banking groups within Nomura Americas.
Jack has a B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from the University at Albany and an M.B.A. in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Michelle is the Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director at Dorset Peak. She is an investment banking professional with over 20 years of experience and has specialized expertise in the insurance and financial institutions industries, especially with respect to structured transactions. She is a registered representative at Dorset Peak Securities LLC.
During her career, Michelle has worked with many of the world’s largest multinational financial services companies, including American International Group, ING Groep, Prudential Financial, Dai-ichi Life, and others, in executing numerous public and private capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory transactions, and structured solutions on a global basis.
Before joining Dorset Peak, Michelle was a Managing Director at CAC Specialty for almost 7 years and an Executive Director in the Global Financial Institutions Group of Nomura Securities for more than 6 years. She began her investment banking career at Sandler O’Neill + Partners.
Michelle is active in many philanthropic endeavors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from New York University.
